We Started with a Simple Observation: the UK manufacturing sector was failing the innovators. The Filling Lab was built to change that.
Our mission
Most large-scale contract packers will not look at a project unless it is for 50,000 units or more. That leaves start-ups, boutique fragrance houses and artisanal food producers trapped - Either hand-filling in a kitchen or committing to minimum orders they cannot afford.
Based in the heart of Bolton's industrial district, we provide professional-grade manufacturing for the 300 to 10,000 unit run. You get the same high-shear mixing, volumetric filling and ultrasonic labelling technology used by global corporations, with the flexibility and personal touch of a specialised lab.
The “Lab” philosophy
We chose the name The Filling Lab because we do not just run a line. We take a scientific, technical approach to every liquid we handle.
